A billionaire and a Soft bank Chief Masayoshi Son, who is
said to be the 2nd-richest man in Japan, has purchased a nine-acre Woodside
Calif., estate worth $117.5 million. The billionaire’s purchase remains the
highest price paid for a home in the U.S., ever.
Though the purchase was a 2012 sale. Sources say the property
traded hands quietly in November, flying under the radar and re-surfaced in
